QBigPro provides practical AV receiver help guides at qbigpro.com. This Privacy Policy explains the information the site receives, how it is used, and the choices available to visitors.
Information you provide
If you contact QBigPro using the contact form, the form asks for your name, email address, and message. QBigPro uses that information to read, respond to, and manage your inquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment information, account-recovery codes, or other sensitive information through the form.
Comments and accounts
Public comments are disabled on QBigPro. Visitors cannot create public comment accounts or post comments on articles.
Analytics and site operations
QBigPro uses Google Analytics to understand aggregate site use, such as which pages are visited and how visitors arrive at the site. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and may receive technical information such as the page URL, browser and device information, approximate location derived from an IP address, referring page, and activity on the site.
QBigPro also uses Jetpack for site features and operations. Depending on the enabled feature, Jetpack may process technical information needed to provide site functionality, performance, security, or statistics. Learn more from Automattic’s Privacy Policy.
Advertising and Google AdSense
QBigPro plans to display advertising through Google AdSense. When advertising is enabled, Google and participating advertising partners may use cookies, device information, IP addresses, page URLs, and information about interactions with ads or the site to deliver ads, measure performance, limit how often an ad appears, prevent fraud and abuse, and personalize advertising where permitted.
Google advertising cookies may be associated with Google domains or third-party domains such as doubleclick.net. Personalized ads may reflect interests or previous activity; non-personalized ads may still use the page topic, general location, and limited contextual information. Learn more in Google’s explanation of how it uses information from sites and apps that use its services. Eligible advertising preferences can be managed in Google My Ad Center.
Cookies and consent choices
Cookies are small files stored by a browser. They can remember preferences, support site functions, measure visits, and help deliver or evaluate advertising. You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings, although blocking them can affect how this and other sites work.
Where applicable law requires consent, QBigPro will present choices before using non-essential analytics or advertising technologies. When site consent controls are available, visitors can use them to change or withdraw a prior choice. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before the choice was changed. Browser controls and Google’s advertising settings provide additional options, but they may operate separately from the site’s consent controls.
Sharing of information
QBigPro does not sell contact-form information. Information may be processed by service providers described above—including Google, Automattic/Jetpack, the website host, the contact-form service, and advertising partners—only as needed to operate, measure, secure, support, or fund the site and its communications. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.
Data retention
Contact-form messages are kept only as long as reasonably necessary to respond to and manage the inquiry, unless a longer period is needed for a legitimate operational or legal reason. Analytics, security, and advertising providers may apply their own retention periods.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, applicable law may give you rights relating to personal information, such as requesting access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an explanation of processing; objecting to certain processing; withdrawing consent; or appealing a decision about a request. These rights are not absolute and can depend on the circumstances.
To make a request about information you submitted directly to QBigPro, use the contact form and describe the request. QBigPro may need reasonable information to verify that the request concerns you. QBigPro will not discriminate against a visitor for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Articles may link to Sony, Yamaha, Denon, Onkyo, Google, Automattic, or other third-party sites. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies; QBigPro is not responsible for their content or practices.
